Trinity AI^3™ operates a two-way SMS service with personal and business contacts who have established prior direct relationships with the operator.

Data collected

• Recipient mobile number (provided directly by the recipient through verbal, written, or relationship-based consent — not purchased or rented)
• Message content (sent and received via the service)
• Timestamp metadata

Data use

• Two-way SMS communication for personal correspondence, business correspondence, customer support, scheduling, account notifications, and delivery updates between the operator and direct contacts
• Service operation and reliability monitoring

Data sharing

Trinity AI^3™ does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise transfer recipient mobile numbers or message content to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Carrier-level transmission via Twilio (the messaging vendor) is the only third-party touchpoint, governed by Twilio's own published privacy policy.

Data retention

Message content and metadata are retained for operational and audit purposes. Recipients may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@trinityai3.com.

Opt-out

Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message received from the service. Reply HELP for assistance.
